Associate attorney Samantha Malanche joined Doane & Doane, P.A. in 2026. She focuses her practice on trusts, estates, and tax planning, working with individuals and families to develop estate planning strategies that protect assets, accomplish tax objectives, and provide for future generations.



Samantha brings a unique professional perspective to her practice. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was an environmental scientist, advising oil and gas and mining companies and municipalities on multijurisdictional environmental compliance matters throughout the United States. Her experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks developed the analytical problem-solving skills that she now applies to sophisticated estate and tax planning matters.


Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys theater, SCUBA diving, traveling, and doting on her cat, Ampersand. She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in West Palm Beach.
