Doane and Doane, PA Welcomes New Associate Attorney

Doane and Doane, PA is pleased to announce that W. Scott Johns, V, Esq., has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Johns has previously practiced in Ohio and South Florida, both at boutique estate planning and tax firms and large, multi-disciplinary firms.

Mr. Johns’ practice is dedicated to estate planning (both domestic and international) with particular focus on multi-generational wealth transfer, business succession planning, charitable giving, transactional tax planning, the formation and representation of tax exempt organizations, and asset protection planning. He is a member of the Palm Beach Tax Institute and the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County. He holds a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Cleveland State University.
