COVID-19 – We Are Always Here For Our Clients

The Firm will remain open and available during normal business hours to our clients during this time while implementing measures to ensure we maintain a safe environment.

At Doane & Doane, PA, the safety and well-being of our clients, colleagues, and employees is always our priority. We are closely monitoring updates from federal, state, and local response to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic and a will remain diligent in following all guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding COVID-19. The spread of Coronavirus is a concern to us all, and we recognize the implications that it is having on all individuals, businesses and communities around the United States.

We are taking every precaution to keep our clients and employees safe. We will continue working on all our current cases and assisting new clients. We will be proactively contacting clients regarding scheduled in-person meetings and any updates from the Department of the Treasury.

We recommend that you take advantage of scanning and e-mailing, or faxing, us your documents when possible. We can also send encrypted copies of completed tax returns and e-file signature forms to complete the tax filing process for clients who would prefer to not come to the office.

We will always be available by email, telephone or video conferencing.

Our dedicated team is here to answer any questions that you might have about the unique circumstances we are dealing with caused by COVID-19. We welcome speaking with you about any matter and want to ensure you that our resources are available to you as we all continue to get through this crisis together.
