Who may initiate probate?

Video Transcription:

The person that usually initiates probate is the named personal representative in the decedent’s last will and testament. But if there is no last will and testament, it could be the decedent’s spouse or the decedent’s children. Or if there are no spouse or children to initiate probate, it could be a creditor that actually initiates probate in the state of Florida. Have any more questions?
