Randell Doane is board certified in the law of wills, trusts and estates by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Doane has practiced law in the areas of estate planning, probate and taxation since 1975. His legal experience emanates from practice in both local and national law firms.
Mr. Doane is frequently called as a consultant for estate and financial planning issues and lectures nationally on tax and estate planning topics. He is a recognized author in the areas of estate and business planning and is an educator in the areas of estate planning for attorneys. Mr. Doane also instructs in the areas of accounting and financial planning for professional organizations throughout the country. He has authored a number of articles and other materials on various estate and tax planning topics.
Mr. Doane is an active member of his community, contributing time and effort to many civic organizations. He is a supporter of both the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida organizations that deal with children in crisis.
Mr. Doane shares his active legal practice with his wife, attorney Rebecca Doane. They reside in North Palm Beach, Florida with their children, Elizabeth, Bryan and Randell.

Rebecca G. Doane founded the law firm of Doane & Doane, P.A., in 2003 after being a senior equity shareholder in a prestigious local law firm for many years. Mrs. Doane practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wills, estate and gift taxation, probate, estate and trust administration and guardianship law. She is board certified in wills, trusts and estates by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. In addition to her law degree, Rebecca Doane is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mrs. Doane has authored a number of articles and other materials on various estate and tax planning topics.
Mrs. Doane shares her active legal practice with her husband, attorney Randell C. Doane. She is a parishioner of St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church and resides in North Palm Beach with her husband and their three children, Elizabeth, Bryan and Randell.

Katherine A. Barski

Katherine A. Barski joined the law firm of Doane & Doane, P.A. in 2010 after practicing law for several years with another prestigious South Florida law firm. Her areas of legal practice include estate planning, trust and estate administration, corporate law, real estate law, elder law, guardianship law, business transactions and tax planning.
Ms. Barski clerked with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Prior to joining private practice, she was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Barski is an active member of her church and community. She is an avid competitive runner, taking great pride in pursuing her sport via training camps and racing marathons nationwide. When not racing, she enjoys walking with her two dogs and playing soccer with her nieces and nephews.
